Advanced Virtual Reality simulation for industrial training

Phenomatics started life as a spin-off company of the Johannes Kepler University of Linz, founded in 2003 by Markus Priglinger and Roland Holm. The first years were spent in quiet dedication, developing the proprietary Phenomatics software. This software, plus Phenomatics' world-class in-house developers now comprise the core of our excellence and our competetive advantage. We look forward to putting this to work for you.

Phenomatics today is tightly-focussed on developing the most advanced Virtual Reality simulation tools available to industry. Fully-immersive and interactive Virtual Reality simulators which emulate very closely the real world. We intend to remain at the technical forefront of this expanding industry, and we maintain very close links with leading research institutions in this field.

We started-out by  pioneering the use of Virtual Reality training in the oil refining industry; developing  the advanced SAVE simulator for training of refinery plant operators, together with our valued industrial partner OMV. And it is in the industrial training sector where we are committed to our continued focus and growth. Widening the scope, and pushing the boundaries of  Virtual Reality training.

For clients in the oil and gas, and chemical sectors, we have developed an extensive library of virtual industrial components, enabling us to develop quickly your own bespoke industrial training scenario.

And our SAVE simulator, which is in intensive operational usage, comes pre-loaded with a variety of virtual  apparatus and equipment, as a generic mini-refinery. Here, operators can work through pre-determined excercises, either with or without a training supervisor. The SAVE simulator can be customized and adapted to your exact requirements, and  expanded  stepwise at any time
