Two companies highly specialised in simulation technology for training and learning, Phenomatics Virtual Reality Software GmbH of Austria and Keytos AS located in Stavanger Norway decided to immediately work together
on the Norwegian market.
 
Keytos AS is a leading edge technology corporation that embeds advance PC based simulation technology with operational and learning solutions. Keytos primary market segments are aviation and defence, as well as the energy sector.
 
Phenomatics Virtual Reality Software GmbH develops Virtual Reality based training simulators. The main market is the oil and gas industry.
 
Keytos as a distributor is responsible for marketing, sales, deployment and system support of SAVE in Norway and Phenomatics will concentrate on software development, system usability, training and technical support.
 
Today the subject of training in safetyis the highest topic in the industrial environment. The Virtual Reality based training simulator SAVE makes it possible to experience situations which could not be normally trained for due to their high risk, complexity or costs, because training takes place in the virtual world. Mistakes and faulty handling in the virtual world will never be repeated in the real world because the consequences of all actions are understood immediately. SAVE is used as part of regular training at the refinery of Schwechat in Austria.
